Through a people-centred consultation and dialogue, HDT will identify local organizations and champions that will be further capacitated for realizing programmatic efficiency and meaningful engagement in advocacy and accountability monitoring in health sector. Also, HDT will assess capacity and resilience of health systems and structures to coordinate and deliver quality and affordable health care services at all levels. Findings from the assessment will inform capacity strengthen plan for community-based systems and structures and enhance inter-ministerial coordination and programmatic alignment.    This will eventually increase country ownership of health agenda, addressing challenges of duplication and realization of friendly use scares resources for health in Tanzania
