HDT acknowledges that its success will only be registered by involving the stakeholders (communities, CSO, Government and Development Partners). HDT works with different partners according to our mission. We categorize partners in program partners, and core partners. Sometimes the partnership may overlap into more than one category.

| Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health :In collaboration with AFP-Tanzania and UNA-Tanzania, we partner to advocate for increased political and financial support for family planning |
| Maternal and Child Survival Program (MCSP): We collaborate in ending preventable child and maternal deaths (EPCMD) by expanding access to quality reproductive, maternal, newborn and child health (RMNCH) services |
| HJF Medical Research International (HJFMRI) or Walter Reed Program—Tanzania: We partner in a comprehensive HIV prevention program for Key population (FSW, MSM and PWID), Adolescent Girls and Young Women in Mbinga Ruvuma. |
 | Tanzania Communication and Development Center (TCDC): We partner in the behavior change programs through Community Change Agents who deliver innovative and behavior change messages towards Malaria, FP and HIV to the community |
