This strategic plan will underpin the result framework and priorities for measurement will focus on results. At all times, during the annual business planning, interventions will be assessed to be adequate and necessary to achieve the results. To this end, six approaches and principles will guide investment in this strategic plan.
Principle 1: High impact
Ensure value for money, cost effective interventions
Principle 2: System change
Selecting intervention that affecting the root causes than symptoms of the problem
Principle 3: Measurable
Results that are Quantifiable beyond immediate outcomes
Principle 4: Scalable
Develop a model that can be replicated in comparable environment to bring the same results.
Principle 5: Sustainable
Investing in results that are Durable beyond HDT investment
Principle 6: Leverage
Recognizing effort by other partners, build on them and record indirect impact from on set of Interventions
