Dr. Bujari is a high impact leader whose leadership purpose is to shine light in lives of others and help them realize their purpose in order to optimize their potential to make their life meaningful. He has excellent analytical abilities, well-developed people skills, and emotional intelligence. Dr. Bujari is altruistic and enthusiastic in engaging both work and people while being meticulous to the point of perfectionism and reliable to get the job done on time. Dr. Bujari’s leadership style is that referred to as “Servant leadership” where his keen interest is to serve the needs of his team and help them to grow personally and professionally. Dr. Bujari’s work nationally has focused on speaking for and on behalf of poor, vulnerable, and marginalized people and advocating for specific strategies that will reach extra mile to reach those not normally reached by traditional interventions. Dr. Bujari is a member of leadership group of Action Global Health Partnership which is positioned to address disease of poverty TB, HIV and Malaria. In his endeavors, Dr. Bujari embraces five values namely Respectful, Authenticity, Tenacity and integrity. She brings more than 13 years of experience in managing multilateral grants such as United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), UNICEF, UNOPS, bilateral institutions such as USAID, CIDA, private foundations such as BMGT, Elton John Foundation (EJAF), CIF and parastatal such as CDC Foundations. Agnes is responsible for developing and implementing accounting policy and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. She is also responsible for ensuring that Health Promotion Tanzania adheres to sound accounting practices in order to safeguard fund assets and support effective program implementation.

Irene is a design thinker and a social scientist with a bachelor’s degree in political science and sociology and a holder of a postgraduate in Economic diplomacy. She has a vast experience of over 5 years working in community development–based programs and implementing Human-centered design research in Adolescents and Youth Sexual Reproductive Health and Rights (AYSRHR) projects and research. Irene specializes in carrying out aspects of a project from conception to execution and feedback, which has given her an excellent reputation in that area. She has extensive experience developing project scopes and objectives, specifying deliverables, and coordinating efforts in completion. As a leader, Irene is involved in all aspects of the program design and execution, working alongside people on her team to ensure each target is met regardless of the task. With her energy and dedication to excellence, Irene delivers unmatched value in handling projects.
